  1. well it's up in the air whether or not we were actually running 400m but I completed 8 rounds with a total of 102 pull ups and then did another 350m before the time ran up.

  2. Well, I am pretty disappointed how the work out went. Just when i got the kipping pullup (somewhat down!)I hurt my neck. I thought my eyeballs were going to explode! So i did not complete the WOD...
